The worst video game i ever played!
The worst video game i ever played, i would have to say is "Flight of the Amazon Queen" I accidently stumbled upon this terrible game about two weeks ago when i was downloading games off the internet with my Linux operating system. The first thing you see when you start the game is the credits. This is an example of what you would see. The game was written and created by Steve Stanfialdis and John passfields. The project management was done by: Graeme Boxall, The story and game Design was done by:Steve Stanfialdis and John Passfields,.The Programming was done by: Tony Ball and would you beleive it was also Programmed by you've guessed it Steve Stanfialdis, and would you beleive that the Graphics Animation was also done by: STEVE STANFIALDIS. No wonder the game really SUCKED. Steve Stanfialdis and John PassFields were pretty much the only two that did most of the work!
The Graphics looked like a scene from the 1940's comic books. The Video that they showed was pretty cheesy, when the characters moved,it didn't seem real. First the characters would run to make a get- a- way, then the bad guys would shoot hitting the wall after your character is long gone.
When the game finally starts you are trapped in a room and you have to find a way out so you can save some actress (That's orrigional you think? You don't have any information on how to escape the room. In your inventory you have a baseball bat,and a journal. The journal was no help, and the baseball bat was useless. When you used the bat on the door or window your character would say " This is no time to play base ball". I found this game in the R. P. G. Category and it should be in the Puzzle, Logic Category. I think i just killed about 20,000 braincells just for having played that DAMN GAME! The flow was bad the characters wasn't origional, the Crime boss looked like you would expect White hair and mustache, overweight and he's in his '60's. I played the game for about ten minuites and then i gave up on trying to get out of the room.
You would have to give them credit, though, they actually created a working game, even if it did suck. That is actually more than i can do right now. They should have just kept the game for themselves instead of putting it on the internet. I just hope that when i create a game it doesn't suck as bad as FLIGHT OF THE AMAZON QUEEN!!!!!!
